This isn't the first time Smity's been caught on camera after having a few cervezas. A little over a year ago, these pics surfaced as well. I'm willing to bet these "new" pics could be pretty old though, as Smith was recently engaged (yes, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt).
All I have to say is that I guess young people still drink alcohol to have a good time. Who would have guessed?
And is that defensive lineman Isaac Sopoaga behind Smitty in the picture above? Nah, couldn't be. Could it? ;)

It's great that he's finally old enough to drink a beer. Maybe, this year, we won't have to hear, "What can you expect, he's only fourteen."
